OK. So any sentence in the English language with the word, “needling” could sound a bit scary…but micro-needling is in fact quite fascinating in the world of skincare!
Micro-needling is based on the use of tiny needles to create micro channels (tiny holes) in the skin. The process stimulates your skin’s natural ability to heal itself and in the process, regenerates collagen and elastin – so in other words, it sorta tricks the skin to thinking it’s damaged on a micro level so all the repair cells are produced to heal that area.
